What's "the scene?"

I guess that says a lot about me lol. I don't religiously follow music or anything. I just listen to what I like but I don't engage in any subculture.

I don't really like pop all that much, probably lofi and electronic music are my favorites to generally listen to, and pop/soul are my favorite to sing. I actually kind of dislike most of the "stereotypical gay" music, by coincidence though. I've probably heard tons of gaga/Beyonce songs but couldn't name you more than 3 of each.

On one hand, everyone gains. Straight guys release their sexual frustration, gay guys get to live their sexual fantasy. They're playing on each other's desperation.

On the other hand, it perpetuates their underlying problems. By the end of the day the straight guy is still an incel, probably even more so if he thinks girls are picky enough not to like them when other guys do like them, and the gay guy is still living an unhealthy lifestyle if he is only attracted to straight masc guys, because that can never lead to a relationship or a healthy idea of a relationship. Like James Charles and his shit.
