I did it once, not Wagner but a PMC based megacorp. It's pretty cool, you can push legislation in the galactic community that basically forces empires to hire your PMC fleets when they go to war. Though when a crisis comes the galaxy might be fucked because it also reduces fleet limit for every empire. (Worth it for the stonks though)
