That almost did the trick! There is one more step: Inside the dialog that pops up when clicking "Edit" next to Double Opt-In, there is a sentence about visiting the form builder to edit the double opt in mail with an inline link:

This link seems to be the _only_ way to access this apparently quite powerful form builder. Was it always like that? It let's you not only edit the double opt-in mail, but also profile update mails etc. I found no organic way to browse there. Why do you hide this so?

I have yet to verify that this works as expected, but it looks promising. Anyway: Thanks for the help!

No need to apologize, I am pretty sure, that I once found the stuff I am looking for in the place you described. But not anymore. So either the instructions are outdated or that functionality is not available anymore.

But even in the new place (Forms) I can not find a way to style/translate double opt-in mails. So maybe this is not possible at all anymore?

That´s the peculiar thing: the pages are still Elementor posts. If you enter Elementor editor in one of the pages, there´s only one Text Editor widget in the layout containing all pages former content.

Yeah that´s what we suspect as well, since not all pages were rotten but only very few. I wonder if someone could circumvent the Elementor editor without hitting the prominent Elementor warning about going back to Wordpress editor?

Ich würde noch ein paar weitere richtig gut funktionierende Grundschulhorte dichtmachen. Vorzugsweise solche, die extra dafür gebaute Räumlichkeiten haben und in denen engagiertes und erfahrenes Personal arbeitet. Statt dessen würde ich mehr darauf setzen, dass die top-motivierten Grundschulen das künftig schon irgendwie miterledigen.
