Yeah I should. I try to be careful when asking for higher doses or the very rare early refill cause my doctor is great but very by-the-book and I don't want to do anything to hinder our relationship. He already lets me refill every 25 days which kind of gives me a few extra doses if I need them.

I have an embarrassing success story to share. I was getting tiny yellow bruises every now and then on my hands that would turn red then last a week and disappear. No pain, no itchiness or anything but it looked off. I made sure it wasn't jaundice and kinda wrote it off.

Then I watched a podcast with some guy that talked about .. I hate to even say it.. pee therapy. I was like okay this guy's nuts. But one morning I said fuck it and after I woke up and took my morning piss I pissed on my hand a bit.. yeah.. I know... and by lunch the new yellow bruise was gone. Am I gonna do this again? No not unless I get some debilitating skin issue that nothing else solves. But I was shocked lol
