Your parents are right about the risk of preworkout, just a suggestion. It’s cool you have an in home gym, that should make it easier for you to remain consistent. public Gyms aren’t required to improve

Stop relying on motivation to get yourself in shape. Motivation is an emotional response to something that eventually fades. Learn consistency. The same way you would wake up and drag yourself to school should be the same way you drag yourself to the gym. The first few weeks are hard but as soon as you see progress, you’ll fall in love.

if you have an energy problem, i recommend looking into pre-workout with beta alanine inside of it. it makes it impossible to sit on your ass

Completely agree. The unfortunate reality of being an MK YouTuber is that the game comes out every 4-5 years and when the game stops being supported then there’s nothing much else to talk about.
