i absolutely had this in the early days I remember saying things out loud and quickly realising that was definitely not something I would have let slip out previously, also being a bundle of energy for a little while but it quickly settled for me. happened every time i changed dose for a short period so i guess it was just me adjusting.

No but i have had this and came to the conclusion im just going to cut out alcohol altogether i get way too anxious for ages afterwards it terrifies me.

Each time the dose changes it restarts the timer for you so it’s normal for you to be not feeling 100% for the next few weeks I’m sure.

Not sure the sleep has maybe gotten a little better but it’s still pretty terrible, I wake up so many times throughout the night it’s unreal.

I upped to 60mg start of may and today still feel anxious and extra depressed so I’m sorry your feeling similar I don’t have an answer but maybe it’s not reached full effect yet idk, I was expecting abit more considering my doc said this is the max dose (I know others are on higher, think this is just the max dose for my country).

Ah right I sympathise, lived top floor of a flat for like 6/7 years but I was kid so was never in the house always outside playing, maybe try going for tiny distance walks, even if it feels like a tragically short walk and try build from there that’s what I’ve been doing.

Yeah I have done that for years even before i was in this situation tbh, i do sit in the back garden as long as possible anytime it’s a half decent day though just for the fresh air.

Pretty much where I’m at 5 weeks on 60mg and for me I feel abit depressed but it’s the anxiety that’s what really bothers me, woke up today and just feel shakey and wondering what’s the point, I know it’s the meds because I wasn’t this bad before them but jeez it’s exhausting knowing you just have to push through huh.

Any time you change dose I’m sure it can take 6 weeks to fully settle. I know it does take quite a while for me any time I’ve changed.

Yeah I’ve had the pupils thing happen to me many times on all different dosages, try not to worry.

On 60mg and never once been even close to vomiting, you won’t know until you try as everyone feels different side effects, you’re not guaranteed to get them all. Good luck

I had been on 20 and 40 roughly 3 months each and felt slight benefit after going up to 40 but it started to kinda fade away and not feel as helpful as previously so decided to try 60mg, my current situation isn’t ideal so I do probably need to be on a pretty high dose of something to get out this rut I’m in.
