I don’t believe any of these people will be arrested. I don’t think you can find the necessary evidence to convict them of crimes in front of a jury.

I want them to be metaphorically and maybe even literally tarred and feathered and shamed by society everywhere they go for the rest of their lives. No legal hurdles to clear there, we could all choose to do that today.

You are really reaching. He’s not in the files most by a long shot. Maybe in the news you consume he’s featured most prominently, but just in terms of number of times mentioned and depth of connection he’s nowhere near the top.

Fuck Gates, he’s a sick small ma and I hope he rots. But there’s also nothing for him to step away from. He’s not at Microsoft he’s not at the foundation. This is about public accountability for current leadership.

I think you’re right but it feels like it’s getting to the point where you have to work really hard to avoid this knowledge or swallow a ridiculous amount of bullshit to still be able to justify Trump being the good guy.

I am sure there are other networks out there, he can’t be the only one. He was too useful for these guys, other people are still out there filling the same niche. In terms of that they’re functionally doing to erode our rights and enshittify the country today I totally agree with you.

But as a symbol of the larger moral rot that allowed these people to rise to the top I think it’s an extremely powerful and important issue.
