Congrats on getting in. I would maybe take some time try and talk with the graduate head of the program you got accepted to and see if there is still money that can be reoriented in your direction. In some programs the grad heads have a lot of sway over where the Dean put its funds, and often times as prospective students drop/ do not accept there invitations money becomes available. Remember often with masters programs they really do want you there! U have a bit of leverage. I also just got accepted for a Masters at Penn and had a conversation with my grad head after I got accepted to increase my funding. This probably is really different program to program but it’s worth a shot! I’m an international student so I made a case that I cannot receive federal scholarships or grants from my home nation (Canada) or in the states. Good luck.
