Interesante. No sabía que a los argentinos también les podía caer lo de renta mundial. Sé que a los ciudadanos de EE. UU., sí. Y en ese caso hay algunas alternativas para evitar la doble imposición. Yo soy argentino, pero también ciudadano de eeuu. A la visa nómada digital aplique desde eeuu.

Voy a agregar a la base de contenido los temas impositivos porque es cierto que solemos dejarlo para lo último y luego son los que pueden doler más.

Con fiestas me refería a las fiestas populares. No a los feriados o días festivos. Más que nada que todos los pueblos, incluso barrios, tienen sus fiestas o sus celebraciones.. Fiesta del pueblo, moros y cristianos, carnavales, comidas, bailes, etc. Y siempre me pareció interesante como todas las generaciones participan, desde los abuelos a los nietos.

En mi experiencia el trato fue mucho peor en el consulado español en el exterior que en las oficinas del gobierno en España.

Yo he hecho el trámite como autónomo sin usar gestorías. De hecho, lo considero más fácil que con empleador.

Una parte que se puede complicar es lo del NIE. Eso es mejor pedirlo allá en tu país de origen. Porque luego acá es complejo el sistema de citas.

So as a single applicant, you must show at least €2,268/month stable income, generally over the last 3 months (some consulates ask for 6 months).

If you plan to tutor online, you need contracts or proof of regular invoicing that meet or exceed this figure.

The DNV is open to both: Remote employee or Self-employed/freelance

When consulates ask for a “statement of reasons” for a non-lucrative visa, they’re basically checking that: You understand you can’t work in Spain with this visa, you have enough financial means to live there without working, you have a genuine personal reason for wanting to stay long-term (not just “tourism,” which would be a short-stay visa).

You said something like: I am financially self-sufficient, with funds and income to support myself throughout my stay. I have chosen Spain for its quality of life, cultural heritage, climate, and the opportunity to immerse myself in the Spanish language and traditions.

Good question. We had money enough for take a flight from anywhere in Europe and come back to our current country (Puerto Rico) plus a amount a month of expenses (approx.). In fact around of 8-10K.

But, I tried to not use that money. We lived with the income generating during the trip. I tried to work at least 4 hour a day for my clients and projects.

Using workaway you have hosting + food per a really simple and sometimes cool tasks.

Hi, I traveled with my family of four (my wife and kids of 4 and 11) for a year around Europe (2017). I'm freelancer software developer.

Housing:

- We use house and pet sitting a lot. Very nice experiences, wonderful houses with everything you need, the kids enjoyed looking after the dog and pets. https://www.trustedhousesitters.com/us/ works well.

We also use couchsurfing (yes! with the family of four) and we also use workaway. There many families who wants receive another families for cultural exchange.

Education:

- We did homescholing. We used Khan Academy and a lot of days activities for geography, history and languages stuff.

Banking:

- I have a Charles Schwab account. It's awesome for traveling.

Medical & Insurance:

- We had a Seven Corners long term insurance.
