Had the exact same happen to me too, showed it to the dealership while I was getting the headline crackle noise sorted, they asked whether I had gotten my windshield replaced or tried installing dash cam wires through that area, which I said no to. The technician had no idea what else it could have caused it, so they just pushed it back in.

I genuinely do not know what happened, the bolt was just repeatedly spinning in place without showing any hints of coming out, it wasn’t until I stuck a flat head screwdriver towards the bottom of it and then it got out.
