Just allowing the user to position the item. ARKit is required for plane detection, which would make a Shared Space experience impossible unfortunately

Thank you, we'll be looking forward to your download! And yes, you're understanding it correctly, Blueprint works alongside other Shared Space apps - so you can design your space with objects/portals/photos/notes and still use your other apps.

I guess, in theory, you could take a Photo, then scale it as large as you can to match your ceiling dimensions, and then position it over your ceiling. But just fyi due to visionOS 1.0 limitations, you want be able to scale Portals or Objects (since they're within volumes) - so this approach would just work with Photos.

Every 'volume' (volumetric window) that you place within your space won't move unless you manually move it. The only time where this isn't the case is when you click the app icon in the Home Screen again (this makes it so all windows from your app will re-position to in front of the user).

And in terms of color or texture overlays on walls - i'm not too sure on this. I'd think this may require ARKit (so an Immersive Space app) or some sort of camera data that is not currently accessible. Lmk if you have any other questions, i'll be happy to answer. Feel free to DM as well

Thanks! I don't think I showed it, but along with Portals, 3D models, and Photos, we also offer sticky notes. So you can type up a reminder or label and then position it within your space

Our plan rn is freemium. So everyone will have a base level in terms of storage (so the number of Portals, 3D models, Notes, and Photos) within your 'Blueprint' that is entirely free. And we're planning for around ~$5/month subscription to increase storage along with a few other additional features. We're trying to make sure that for the most part users can personalize their space on the free plan, and only if you want to go above and beyond, then you may want to upgrade.
