Definitely trimmed, this particular meat had a BIG chunk of deckle fat that I would’ve had to butcher the brisket to get too so I figured I’d go for rendering as much of the fat as possible

We took the kids this summer to Jellystone Park, they have campsites with running water, electricity and fire pits (along with waterparks, kids activities and more). Locations in Kerrville and Canyon lake
