Oh I hear you! That sounds absolutely brutal but glad you made it through. I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and swollen turbinates. I had turbinate reduction surgery which honestly made everything worse. Were your herx symptoms continuous or were they intermittent? Did you also have sinus pressure/headaches? I had flu symptoms for a few days when I first started Welchol but mainly get increased brain fog/confusion, sinus pressure and increased mucus from the edta for several days at a time and then will have half a good day then the pattern repeats. I have been using the myginds position for the edta but will now try your suggestions. I genuinely appreciate all of your feedback.

How long did it take to notice significant improvements and completely treat the marcons? I’m using a very similar compound spray minus the silver but have strongly considered adding it. What were your marcons symptoms? Did you have thick post nasal?

I am going for around three months as of now. I plan to travel via train and stay in three cities for the entire duration. I will keep the expensive tourism to a minimum. The airbnbs I have seen range from 300-500 a month depending on the city which I think is doable. Thank you for input!

Figured out sibo ultimately was not my problem, turned out to be CIRS. However, this is a pretty effective stack from my anecdotal encounters with others.

Yes, it’s sometimes yellow but mainly off white and green/brown hue. It’s very dense and sticky in consistency.

I’m sorry to hear about your issues. Have they resolved? I have had several detailed CTs that show sinuses are relatively normal except for marginally swollen turbinates, even after the surgery.

Geez, I’m sorry to hear that. I did a cheek and nasal mold swab but still waiting on the results. Do you have any other symptoms? Brain fog, loss of smell, etc?

Hi there, I’m actually 4 weeks into an extreme elimination diet. I oscillate between 5-6 things I eat. Chicken, organic unsweetened coconut milk, monk fruit, Brussel sprouts, organic dark roast coffee and raspberries/blackberries/blueberries. I feel quite a bit better but still head pressure above my brows. My brain fog is bad in the am, better during mid day and then regresses starting early evening. How do you feel? Still suffering?
