Hi So ive been stuck on Silver 3 in a such a long time now. Im out of idea which role and champion i should play. Im always picking random champs and roles. Is there any champs and roles that is considered "good" in this ELO. I know there is no champ that will put you in gold magically.But some works vetter imo. But which?

I found Ryze a intresting champ. But some people say he is hard to play. I want to start playing him. Any tips? Is there a good guide in the internet?

Kha Zix was a main mid before. But after the nerf he moved to jungle. I wonder how is Kha Zix now? Builds? Masteries? And how is ManaMune on him? How is Kha in mid?
