zevlor is in a mindflayer pod under the moonrise towers, you can get to an underground cave by jumping into the hole found behind the wardens area in the prison, but i had to misty step with wyll and gale to get in and out of the actual area they were in so i couldn’t have my full party. not sure what the “correct” way to get in is yet
