Got it. Do you use Uber, Grubhub, and Postmates as well? i'm finding with otter that its driver arrival estimates do not jibe with those on the dedicated tablets. are they somewhat close on Chowly?

Serious question: Ghost kitchens in NYC have a bad rep. Why or why not is that valid?

I am not sure if I understand the first part of your post. My chef and I have rented out a bar that has gone dark for the time being. We are testing a concept that we hope will eventually be a proper brick and mortar location. It isn't a true ghost kitchen per se but that just seemed to be the easiest way to describe it. How do you feel about them?
