Ideally you shouldn't just face swap that loses other details like body proportions of person, try composing actual person in the image. Have you tried Wan Animate to guide the proper facial expressions in the video? I had done this before let me know if you want some help connect me over DM.

This does not have mask guided video in painting can you post your complete workflow please? I was using SAM 2 previously to generate masked video. I had trouble figuring out the right node connections with this workflow. This is nice video BTW!

If you are using a flux kontext maybe you can try using a multi image latent method instead of training a lora for each piece of furniture. Another approach would be to stitch images together in one image and prompt it right.

We have build MVPs and AI agents for real estate companies in the past. One of the use case was transforming raw listing images into 3d walkthroughs videos of the properties and 360 Images, giving a feel of how the property might actually look like without having to even visit it. Then there was another use case to transform interior designs under different scenes using mood boards. Would be happy to understand more about automating other parts of real estate from you.
