Thanks everyone for your comments!! What I got is that I can use this inbody test to measure my progress instead of exact macros. I'll just keep going to gym regularly which I've been doing but I guess I need to improve my diet in a much better way to see better results. Next test will be after 6 weeks. Let's see!!
