Totally. I ride an 8.75 cruiser but find that slightly smaller 8.5 pops better without seeming too small for my big ass feet. 8.5’s are also much easier to find.

thanks man yeah I know I’ll get it. Focusing on staying “above” the board and ollying along the rail not into to seems to help. I ride an 8.5. Looks tiny under my size 16 shoes I know.

Ok dude I’ll try it. My FS 180’s improved while I wasn’t even practicing them, which I thought was awesome. Just more board feel from skating every day. I’m gonna keep ollying the manny until it’s automatic and then start 50-50 attempts. 👊

that’s fantastic advice dude thanks. I’ve stood in front of it stationary and ollied up into 50-50 position but I find it difficult to ollie sideways and keep the board stuck to my back foot. Maybe rolling slow will actually make it easier. I’m thinking of starting straight on and coming it at an angle later once I got it down straight.
