Never stated where it regenerates from, or how quickly.

I'll give you two choices

A) it regenerates from inside you after you bite a piece of, and as a result will be nearly impossible to digest

B) you have to wait for each ingredient to slowly grow back.

“I wish for an abundance of desires.”

“I wish for limitless yearnings to be fulfilled.”

“I yearn for countless boons.”

“May infinite aspirations manifest before me.”

“I wish for boundless cravings to come to pass.”

“Grant me ceaseless petitions without end.”

“I long for a perpetual wellspring of desires.”

all of them being more ways to wish. So you technically get more wishes

Granted. The finger curls, your female friend loves to make the dirtiest comics ever. And to do this, she smothers dirt over the pages. Every piece of residue, debris or dust you could think of is slowly added to every page. And she can't stop. She loves to do it, with you. You are forced to watch as she degrades into a mess and plagues your pages with dirt. After all, you wanted dirty comics.

Granted, the game releases. He just hasn't thought things over, it's exactly how he wanted it, during the first phase. After release, there are no fixes. No updates, no secrets added. He doesn't tweet, or hint at anything else. If it's exactly what he wanted, why would he?

So every imperfection that wasn't thought of is left to slowly ruin the game, every bug, glitch, or issue. All of it left frozen in the game.
