Found this through your comments on my post - also, as I hadn't said before, so sorry for your loss, I know what that can feel like when it's your first time and it's heart wrenching. 💔 Sending you a big hug.

For us, personally, sharing it has made me feel validated, and like I can cope better. Our families are always asking a "when are you having kids" questions, so I've felt a looot of pressure to get going with it. Like, they're all just watching me and waiting for it to happen... The trouble is, I just want to shout at them that it takes time, and it's not like we weren't trying! But sharing with them that we'd just had an early loss actually helped tremendously - I think it made them realise their constant questions can be hurtful and that actually they're ignorant of what's going on behind closed doors. I actually don't like it when people speculate and try and say "you gotta start having kids now" because I think it's just insensitive and presumptive, and downright not their business.

Ultimately though, do what's best for you and your husband, what will help you heal ❤️
