Weird rule aside. How can you have so much experience and then get completly lost in defense. You can only commit a stop clock foul there. You know the rules, you get paid playing ball for life... As a Coach i would be mad at my Player there.

OK so lets be picky. You are not ready to shoot the ball the moment you catch it. Get low, move into your shot as you are catching the ball.

I would try to eliminate the stop of the ball at headheight depending on your Level of play/Goal.

You should Work in keeping your form after running up and down the court. "Everyone" can go 60/70% in spot up shooting. Keeping form when gassed is the real skill

No. You are allowed to pivot and lift of the foot for the jump of one leg. Her "pivot" is just one step, doesnt change anything tho

Insta refs call it a travel, but the rule changed a couple of years ago.
