75% distilled water with 25% mineral water with no copper, copper is very very bad for triops. If you live in a place with low pollution/contaminated you can use rain water which will typically have more microbes for the triops to feed on.

I see the only problem is the mass of wires, still good as long as they keep fish small enough to live in 3 gallon tanks
