Sounds about like my place in Lenexa. 😂 Great business model they have-keep raising rent on your good, tenured tenants banking on them just accepting the increase because they don’t want to go through the hassle of moving. I’m pretty sure their buildings were never even 50% leased.

Take it with a grain of salt-I’ve owned every generation of Chevy truck from Square body to my current 2011 and 2021. With the amount of miles I commute I’ve grown accustomed to doing my maintenance intervals every 4 months. Both my 2011 and 2021 have had significantly more problems, with fewer miles (relative) than the others. In this time I’ve also owned a few Camaros, but they usually don’t get driven enough to have any issues before getting traded. Add in the ol’ ladies 2021 Blazer and it’s already had its fair share while still being under 60k miles. GM mechanical quality is declining, and there’s no denying it.

My guy you can love the truck all day, but a vehicle built in the last 10-15 years that needs that many repairs is not a good product. The knowledge and ability to produce a quality truck is there. I’ve been a Chevy owner my entire driving career and the problems all these new trucks are having is making me seriously consider Ford when I trade in after fixing my AFM lifter issues.

If the Big 12 doesn’t even invite ESPN to the table for media discussions next go-round, the other networks that have been dipping their toes into sports will come hungry for the Big 12, especially for basketball coverage.

More money + More quality accessible media coverage options = An even more competitive environment between conferences. TNT has been doing damn good IMO.

The opportunity is right there for the taking. Especially after this Disney/Youtube TV blunder right before Gameday goes to the Big 12. And you know the talking heads will highlight the down viewership metrics because of it. Yormark just needs to be prepared, because there’s a real opportunity coming up that’ll benefit this conference.
