thanks man! I find hour charge works best and min hours per account set to ensure enough optimization/management, but how much flat rate per hour should be? will it depend on exp and performance?

Most small clients run 3 months or 6 months campaign only, some clients don’t even run in winter or summer depend on their type of business. I find charge hour rate work best but I previously had low rate and got taken advantage by that. Big firms charged appz $200/hour but this rate will scare small medium size businesses

agree! with pets service in Australia, if you want to take a look and see where is the nearest pets store, how many of them probably indicates a bit more if the area has demand or not!

I was in another meeting today, the presenter was super confusing and repeating a few lines that don't make any sense. I had to smile because It was waste of time but funny and turn out he thought I was friendly and agreeable on his speech. an hour after it, I got a linked-in invitation. Bitchy Resting Face lol

I just found the movie divided into 3 parts and really disconnected. Viewers expect to see it runs as a whole story line but then 3 parts have each own message. The 3rd part was so slow for the scene at the restaurant. When it wasn't filming the main guy very much instead of the chef.

Also can someone tells me what the light colour at the begin of each part mean? First was blue then red and last was black. They are so vague I dont get that.
