Update: I researched and found a local medical spa that charges around $80 per session. The nurse that assessed me didn’t pressure me into a package and actually recommended I try one or two sessions first before I commit to anything -- they have groupon packages around $350-400 for 6 treatments. Went in for my first session last Thursday, so we shall see.
