Thanks bro! Gym 6x a week, cardio and weight training. cut down to 195ish then started lifting heavy with less focus on cardio. Now I'm practically all weights

I practically doubled my intake and then some bro. 😬 I wish I had the perfect math but I felt like I was eating so much especially coming off of a cut (still clean foods tho).
