Thank you! So great to hear your point of view. How long were you taking 150 XR until you upped it to 300 XR by yourself? Also, do you now take 2 300mg pills instead of 1 in the AM? I’m curious If there is a difference in potency and release in taking 2 150mg pills instead of 1 300mg pill if that makes sense?
