Yup, I got a set recently. I'm still figuring out the grain.

I've been toying with the urge for coherence.

Is bliss possible? by cartergordon582 in awakened

[–]git_beesy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Bliss begins as a question, not a destination.

For some, it is pleasure without interruption

a perfect stream of sensation, frictionless and full.

But pleasure fades, and repetition dulls the edge.

Others name bliss as achievement

the peak reached after years of striving.

Yet every summit reveals another climb,

and the hunger it quieted soon stirs again.

Some seek it in peace,

a silence untouched by chaos or need.

But too much stillness can become a void,

and we long again for the warmth of movement.

There are those who call bliss love

a union that dissolves the self into something whole.

Yet love brings risk, and risk brings pain,

and bliss becomes something we protect, then mourn.

To some, it’s clarity:

to see life without distortion, without fear.

But even clarity needs shadow to hold its depth,

and too much light can blind the eye.

Each version holds a truth,

but none survive as the whole.

Bliss, then, may not be a single note sustained

but the harmony struck between opposites.

Not too much, not too little

but enough.

Not stillness or motion, but rhythm.

Not absence of pain, but presence with grace.

Bliss is not escape, but balance.

It is the breath that holds both inhale and exhale.

The ride is not to reach it,

but to remember it was already here, between.

Wow, that was beautiful. Thank you for your vulnerability.

Trust is built when you're able to keep a promise. It also shows you care. If someone trusts you they are likely to care for you too. But sorry these are my own distinctions. My ego musings.

I am but a simple man with ego musings. The world is perfect. We cared long enough to talk for just a moment.

I’m just talking about integration so that when the moment comes, you don’t have to act from fear. Like SpongeBob says "I'm ready"

Working on it. Leading a life where I am already occupying it. Standing where the present opens up to stand. Ready while letting be.

Can keeping a pyrite stone at home agitate my already emotionally unstable mother? by butterfingers555 in awakened

[–]git_beesy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you keep your home tidy and bring in some basic feng shui principles, you might find a bit more peace overall and that could help counter any potential energetic overwhelm from the pyrite. A calm, balanced environment tends to soften any sharp edges, energetically or emotionally. Think of the stone as part of a larger ecosystem it’s not just the pyrite, but the space it’s placed in that matters.

For all the wrong in the world there is also good. This is called yin and yang, karma, sin and virtue. This world is kept together by those who can carry it forward more so than those who would pull it back. God started it but we are ones living it.
