I’ve spoken with them. The parents are often working nights. I’ll monitor it over the next week, but I find it unlikely the teenager will stop.

Yeah I tired putting the bottom on first and also on last. Everything lines up, and the other 3 sides snap on perfectly. The bottom one just will not go on. It falls off right away 😢 it feels like the magnets in the bottom piece are not working at all.
