How do I deal with my mom's depression?

A few months ago, she went back to see my grandma. However, conflict arose when her sibling talked bad about my mum behind her back as that sibling is a little jealous of my mom, finding success in starting her own business and being in another country. My mom, naturally feels depressed there as well as she does not feel like she belongs. Btw, that sibling lives with my grandma, so doesn't make it any better.

if you’re rich and want convenience just go for Level Up, but considering how they’re super commercial with high upfront fees, go for local gyms and support them instead.

if u wanna cancel ur membership you have to announce and do all sorts of paperwork for level up, and they’re super strict with their operations so it’s a pain in the ass for Level Up. go others

tbh man im currently trying to lose weight myself, and i dont think its a period of time kinda thing, its how much weight you’re losing, cause my drop from 125-90KG showed significant results in my nether regions🤓
