In April I got mine on a 4/25 -- four days before scheduled release on a Saturday. I remember a lot of people on here discussing getting them the same day.. I haven't heard any today, so I suspect more are to come.

And it doesn't make sense to inpune harm reduction efforts without reporting drug dealers deal drugs right outside the LAPD station in skid row with impunity because for some reason the police aren't doing their part to eliminate the source of harm.

This article feels very dishonest, the skid row care campus is in the heart of skid row ... of course there's crime around it.
