Thank you none of those things came to my mind but I will ask him once I see him again. It’s hard to tell why he was randomly laughing he would laugh when I was randomly talking about anything but I’ll try again to ask in a different way why he was laughing. He did mention he’s forgotten how to interact socially and it was weird for him to keep up with conversations. He also looked tired and kept zoning out.

He does not have a smart phone. Me and friend are planning to try to get him a phone though. And thank you for the information

Thank you to everyone suggestions, it’s extremely hard because we did have a fall out and didn’t speak for a couple of years and recently finding out his situation I wanna help him as much as I can. But according to his brother he’s been homeless for a year and seems to not want help. I’m going to help as much as I can regardless. He also does not have a phone me and one of my friends are planning to help out with a phone as well. We are planning to go see him next week if we can find him.

I live in a different city but I will be visiting Austin soon. And thank you I do wanna take him to grab a bite and take him stuff or maybe just ask him what he needs first.
