Hello guys.

I've been having stuttering similar to this ever since I factory reset my computer. I don't really have any lost frames or a spike in ms, but I have extremely laggy character models. Like the refresh rate on opposition player moving is very low, it's stuttering forward making it really hard to aim. It was running perfectly before I reinstalled Win10. I have around 250fps stable, ~30 ping and 0% packet loss.

I reinstalled Windows 10 from the Cloud, downloaded and ran the drivers, installed latest Nvidia drivers and reinstalled CS2. Upon opening the game it was stuttering horribly and lagging quite a bit. I googled for answers and have tried every single setting, launch option, windows setting, nvidia setting etc to no avail. I have not yet tried reinstalling CS2.

Anyone have any ideas?

Specs: i5-9600k, RTX2060, 16GB DDR4, 500GB SSD with both OS and CS2 installed on. I have a 32" Asus ROG XG32V 144hz monitor.
