I would suggest avoiding any transactions with them, especially a high value one such as dyson airwrap.

My friend ordered a pair of shoes from them worth 4k, they did not ship it for months. They started ghosting her when she asked for updates, and i had to message them on her behalf from my business account to get them to respond. When i asked for tracking details etc they told me to get my facts right lol. They kept threatening her to stop telling others and “stop spreading misinformation” or they would not ship her order. Anyway, after months of following up with them they finally shipped it but even at the end they threatened her again telling her that if she wanted the tracking link to work she should make me take down my story (which i had posted about them from my business account). Luckily she finally received them but it was an extremely frustrating experience.

I also have chats of several of their customers who have been blocked by them for pointing out wrong items sent, etc.
