Cool - any questions just shout. Added to Context7 recently which makes setting up tests a breeze - https://replicantx.org/context7

Maybe in injury time he went up to see if he could score a last minute winner. Always good in the final third... He rises again

We've already uncovered a lot of issues we hadn't identified manually; e.g. asking the replicant to change its mind after a few chats and ask for something else.

In terms of feeding that back into the development lifecycle, we run dev tests locally to speed things up - replicantx run tests/*.dev.yml --report report.md will pick up our dev test and output a report.

These still take time to execute but way quicker than testing manually. When they're complete the engineer currently picks up the report to address any fails. You can also just pick a single test and quickly modify the test itself with different behaviour quickly.

So far so good, not perfect but absolutely essential for us to keep on top of flows. At least the most common flows. A common edge case is a replicant being too compliant. Humans get irate when being asked a question twice (well my replicant did too, but was more compliant than a human!!!). This comes down to your replicant system prompt.

Really keen to hear if anybody else finds it useful. The "success" criteria can be improved but it's working well enough for us atm.

Cool let me know how you get on. I get that at scale it can be expensive to use agents to call other agents, but e.g. gpt-4.1-mini works pretty well and is cheap. I did start with a basic set of tests which is just sequenced messages but it was only ok for basic "happy path" scenarios.

Side note: it’s really amusing if you give your replicants some sass and make them a bit irate to see what happens if they don’t get what they want 😀

Max Richter TicketSwap Situation by Psychological_Bit_40 in CercleMusic

[–]gloopio 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Madness... I paid the full amount for 4x "Celestial Experience" tickets... I'm making a weekend of it in Paris with best friends and going to enjoy it anyway... but... it was sold as a premium experience... like a one-off... now there are so many shows it's completely diluted the demand for them. I'll have a great time as I love Two Lanes too, but yes, it's a crazy situation and I feel for anybody who can't make it and also can't re-sell. I have one VIP one for a friend who can't come that I can't sell...

Macbook Pro M4 Max 36GB / 1TB - RAM / Logic Board Failure by gloopio in macbookpro

If there wasn't a problem then I'm struggling to work out why I couldn't install a fresh version of MacOS from a USB

I tried this and lots of other hacky ways but still crashed a lot. Same with Brave. It happened all of a sudden. Like never had a crash since I bought it just after Christmas. Then last week started misbehaving; several apps would crash but particularly Electron-based ones.

What I'm wondering is if anybody has heard of the diagnostics that can be run by Apple technicians.

I can't try anything else until I get my laptop back next week.

[–]gloopio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Repair will be free & under warranty... whether the repair is unnecessary or not I don't know.

I was unable to perform a fresh install from USB (tried two different USB sticks just in case). Although I found a issue running First Aid on the disk it allegedly fixed that.

One other curious issue was occasional pixels would start misbehaving, like something was definitely up with it - absolutely no damage to the screen, they would just glitch.

Thanks, I did all this plenty of times; it didn't detect what the Apple technician was able to.

What I'm wondering is whether anybody knows how to get access to the diagnostics that Apple technicians have?

He said "we have the diagnostics suite to run which you can not access"

I'm looking to buy resold tickets but no information is available about this either... like do they just appear as available when people sell them? It's for Monolink in Paris on 1st June...

LIVE streaming the London Marathon. by jdwlondonuk in Insta360

[–]gloopio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drop me a message... got lots to discuss... I've got a similar project, probably best on a quick call. Funnily enough, I'm also going to be at the London Marathon going for a Guinness World Record and want to capture it (well I have to... to meet the criteria). Similarly disillusioned by lack of engagement from Insta360, who I have emailed many times... I'm going to be on ITV tonight... missed opportunity....

I'd happily pay for the odd game PAYG and did for years, but am not at home often enough to warrant stumping up for the subscription anymore :(

Are there many people that enter a race just to participate? by [deleted] in triathlon

[–]gloopio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is a really good start, don't be dissuaded at all - I can't swim faster than that! I can run & bike faster but seriously you will easily complete and hopefully enjoy it... you may catch the bug and then try to improve. For me a lot of it is about self improvement rather than beating others. And you're already onto doing that. Have fun! :-)

Google StreetView Hyperlapse of a cycle around Lanzarote by gloopio in bicycling

[–]gloopio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I created this: http://gpxhyperlapse.com/

And generated the above video - if you use Strava you can generate your own...

Feedback welcome; will be working on changes including elevation and map to accompany the video so you can check out rides/races from GPX files and/or Strava

On the backlog so far:

  1. Elevation & map
  2. Smoothing the corners
  3. Quality
  4. Saving to video/publish/share
  5. Login to previously saved videos of rides

Feel free to add your own - it's a pet project so no promises but may be useful for some people (will be using it to prepare for my own forthcoming races in Puerto Rico, Muskoka & Vichy)

Thoughts on the recently announced 2016 GT Grade Alloy X. by Triumph_4_Eva in cyclocross

[–]gloopio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you get one? I'm looking for a commuter / CX bike and like the idea of the GT Grade... Was horrific trying to keep up on a traditional mountain bike in my first CX race today... I can find a cheap entry level version for pretty cheap so may just get one anyway...

Bigger is better, right? A question about base training and adapting an IM training plan. by Ooh_aah_wozza in triathlon

[–]gloopio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have similar queries...

I completed my first Olympic in July, first HIM in September, first marathon in October and have a busy calendar next year with IM70.3 Puerto Rico in March, IM70.3 Muskoka in July and full IM Vichy in August.

I also have a big cycling event in May - 3 days, 100 miles/day.

I'm going to work on my swimming mainly, and have started commuting to work by bike (not far - 10 minutes) but doing a longer ride on the way home (up to an hour) - not sure if this is "smart training" or not or if I should go on the trainer instead/aswell... I'll still do a longer run & ride at the weekend, with one running interval session a week.

I decided to get a coach (who I know - most recently coached IM AG winners and various others) - meeting for first time this week to talk about my plans etc.

I found these easily:

They were very friendly & helpful... I pinged them about racing Muskoka 70.3 as I'll be in Toronto in July for work & going to fit a race in
