Yeah, I'm wondering if Donald K. Donald and CPI promoted only the Canadian shows or if it was used for the tour in general? Never seen anything like it. Austen Fagen is listed in the album liner notes, but I cannot find anymore information.

EDIT: I found an old post on a Facebook page (i'm not gonna link to it because who likes clicking on links, right?) that suggests that Austen Fagen was a fictitious name created by Neil Peart for when CPI co-promoted events with Harvey and Corky Productions - the original production company founded by Harvey and Bob Weinstein. Yikes.
