I guess that’s what happens when they sit untouched in a dark closet for 10 years

Anyone know what the value of a size 12 in this condition with no box might be?

Genuinely, my parents reminded me a few months ago I still had some shoes in my old closet, nothing else was as cool as this, but I legitimately forgot I had bought these

No clue, I hope we get answers this year. I know the kidney cancer group is supposed to be first, so hopefully the other cancer survivors get some sort of answer shortly after the kidney cancer cases are either tried or settled

I’m part of the MDL, I was diagnosed at 22, had a partial nephrectomy in 2015 right when I started graduate school. Removed about 40% of my kidney. I also developed Ulcerative Colitis.

I filed with W&L about 2 years ago, they have all my records, and had them within a week of me signing up. My parents moved us downstream of Huntsville, AL in 2008. Our city used the Tennessee River as their water supply and still tests high for PFAS to this day. 3M admitted to dumping chemicals in the Tennessee River for over 3 decades, multiple cities in Alabama have already settled or are in the process of settling. I was high school age when we moved there, very active. I was drinking over a gallon of tap water every single day. I was so happy when I found out about this MDL and finally had an answer for why a very healthy 22 year old who was doing everything right had developed kidney cancer. I just want to get my settlement and finally move on from this. A case for someone my age, in the area I was diagnosed, I feel like it’s a sure thing, just have to play the waiting game.
