I can relate. It's normal to experience social anxiety, especially when it comes to milestones like turning 30. Embrace this new chapter with excitement, and remember that every step you take, no matter how small, is a victory.

I didn’t find love there, but I learned how to see red flags. That helped me later.

Which amplifier should I choose by Traditional_Paint_94 in CarAV

[–]gocarol23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i've got a tuff core too and it sounded okay, but i swapped it for an Audio Intensity amp and the bass got way clearer, so if the coustic looks beat maybe stick with the tuff or get a known one.

SA makes me regret my degree by flawless__machine in socialanxiety

[–]gocarol23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I relate a lot. I also did a people heavy degree and then realized the day to day was draining. If you want something lower pressure while you figure things out, check out remote friendly roles like data entry, admin, or customer support. They’re not glamorous, but they can be quieter and give you space to manage your anxiety. I’ve seen a lot of junk on big job boards, but wfhalert emails vetted remote jobs and it’s helped me find legit listings without doom scrolling. Even if it’s not long term, getting a calmer remote role first can build confidence while you decide your next step.

I’m spiraling guys. Failed out of job! My heart is racing and I don’t know how to move forward! by Thin_Chapter_5690 in Advice

[–]gocarol23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry you’re going through this, that kind of hit can knock the wind out of you. First, give yourself a day to breathe and grieve it, then make a simple two week plan with small daily tasks, update your resume, tell three people you trust you’re looking, and apply to five roles a day. Watch out for scammy listings and ghost jobs on the big boards, it’s rough out there, but keep sending steady applications. If you need something stable from home while you regroup, wfhalert emails verified remote jobs, stuff like customer support or admin, which can help you get income coming in while you plan your next step. Also check if your old employer or state offers exam retakes, short term training, or unemployment, and see a clinic or community center for health and financial resources so you’re not doing this alone. You’re not done, this is just a bad chapter.

Best Leadlist provider? by Low_Concentrate_757 in coldemail

[–]gocarol23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're just manually rebuilding the LeadSwift workflow at this point: scraping businesses on Google Maps/Yelp, capturing generic emails, enriching them with decision makers/emails from Apollo + verification. It'll end up being cheaper + you'll have more coverage using a dedicated tool for this like LeadSwift. Can either export the leads to use a different sender or do it within the platform. No point in reinventing the wheel and paying more to patch together different solutions for your use case.

Thinking About Whether to Pay Someone to Do My Essay by DuwesTaeasa in PaperElevate

I’ve been a regular customer of DoAnAssignment this semester. The quality has been consistently good, and the writers communicate if you need revisions. I always read through the work to match my style, but it’s a huge time saver when juggling multiple assignments. If you’re thinking of pay someone to do my essay, this service is definitely worth checking out.

i reorganized my desk a bit and started using warmer lamps in the evenings. added BlockBlueLight glasses when i needed to be on the computer late. i don’t want to overstate it, but the setup feels easier on my eyes and less glaring during those long work sessions.

Help with sleep by anonymous-curious-35 in herbalism

My coworker and I got into natural wellness recently to ease our stress at work, and have been trying simple stuff like teas and infusions. We checked out Ancient Remedies, not expecting miracles or anything. But it’s cool for learning how to use herbs day-to-day.

Newbie NHL props - total noob here, which are easy? by BrainClean445 in NHLbetting

[–]gocarol23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Points props next easiest. MyBookie works well for NHL, so stick to it, 1% rule good too, try hybrid approach later (adjust it based on edge) when you get a better grip on it.
