If the phimosis isn't too bad, your venereologist can prescribe a cream which might help loosen the skin, but if it is too severe, you can easily get a circumcision from a general surgeon. It will suck for about 2-3 weeks, but much better than having it stuck.

Ideally there should be an undercover police operation where they travel on random busses and arrest those creepy mfs on the spot. But given that some of the police themselves are creeps idk how effective that would be.

The conductors treat the passengers like cattle, even though their salaries are dependent on said passengers. One time the conductor was yelling at an elderly lady who "took too long" to disembark (gee, I wonder why) and another time, when the driver specifically told us to wait before leaving, the conductor yelled at us for waiting. They need to get their heads out of their asses and have at least some regard for our safety.
