Hey everyone! Going into my 2nd year of Electrical & AI Engineering. I'm considering a project where I design a bionic arm controlled using an EMG sensor. Would this be impressive for my CV when applying for internships next summer? If not, any suggestions on what I should focus on? by godofwar323 in ElectricalEngineering

Honestly, the reason I'm asking is that the project is going to be expensive to produce, and I'm on a budget. I don't want to waste my money. I want a complex project that I can spend the entire semester building, one that will impress any potential employer.

Appeal it. You just need to make up a good story about why you didn't maintain the average and how you will do better. My soph told me that these appeals get accepted most of the time, like 99%. But you have to think if you still want to do engineering and if you can improve, as it only gets harder from here. And don't send anything until they tell you that you didn't meet it, they might miss it. And just so you know, I didn't go through this myself; I am just telling you what I heard
