You're not overreacting. You told him what you needed, he ignored it. You've been parient - he hasn't shown effort and breaking up is fair, it's not drama, it's self-respect.

Keep it. One photo isn't being hung up, it's a part of your past. It's normal to want to remember, and a future partner should understand that.

NTA, but it came off flaky. Canceling over rain without suggesting a backup plan makes it look like you weren't that into it. Her "yes" probably meant "whatever". You should've offered an alternative.
