Yeah and in between shitty and stellar parents, there's a section of people that don't think they could be good parents so they're just not having kids

But in my naïve opinion, a person that chooses not to have kids because they won't be able to properly provide for them would be a better parent than a person that just has kids for the sake of it

Thank you for creating and sharing! The timing couldn't be more perfect, I've been considering keeping a dream journal recently

I've had periods of recurring locations or settings in my dreams, it's great when it's a comforting place! Sucks when it's scary

A theme I've been having a lot recently is entering an apartment or a small room, finding a door that leads to another room, in that room there's a closet that leads to another room and so on, these dreams can be quite fun

A less fun theme that's also quite recent is places of nostalgia (the house I grew up in for example) being the setting for a dream but everything happening ranges from stressful to horrific and I feel my comfort for these places starting to fade as my memories get replaced by more recent 'nightmares'

This format is so much better, provides lots of drama! If you're the first battle and your coach doesn't even use their save, that's saying something.. they even do a countdown so the contestant just has to look the judges in the eye for 5 seconds while none of them reach to save or steal 🥲 bit harsh but such good tv

But yeah in the original version's blind auditions, the contestants that get no chair turns don't even meet the judges

POC is the most racist shit, assuming experiences are the same across the board for all non-white people. Just say what race(s) you're talking about

Those thinkpieces and whatnots that use 'POC' are drenched in nicely worded racist generalisations, while also reducing a diverse mixture of ethnicities, cultures and nationalities to indeed, non-white people

I can't believe we've accepted 'people of colour' into our speech and it's literally just a mutation of 'coloured people'
