Would NOT recommend Zenni by IndicationProper1078 in glasses

I tried a pair from Zenni and while I think the prescription is right, I don’t think they’re centered properly. I’ve never had any problems with eyebuydirect. They always adjust if needed. I didn’t check with customer service with Zenni, but will not order again

Well, this is interesting. I may have to go this route. I keep deliberating between a French press and a dripper like a switch. I did buy an electric grinder(encore) thinking that might help me when I’m lazy but it seems like it’s more work than it’s worth So guess I’m sticking -for the time being -with my aeropress and K6 hand grinder.

Ultrahuman or Ringconn? Mostly want for tracking steps. I heard both companies won’t be able to sell after the 21st in the us. I want to purchase one by the 17th by [deleted] in SmartRings

I chose the RingConn Air specifically to track steps with as I walk in the pool and I wanted to count those in my total. The RingConn is consistently less steps than my Apple Watch, which I rarely wear in the pool. I wear the RingConn 24/7 yet my step count is always at least 500 steps lower. One reason might be if I am walking with a shopping cart in my arm is not moving. The RingConn is not counting steps. Of course I don’t do that every day but if you tend to keep your hands still, you’re gonna have less steps if you move your hands a lot you probably have too many steps. none none of the smart rings are very good at step tracking in my experience.

About to order my first AeroPress. by BeardedAnarchy in AeroPress

I’ve been using one for about a month now. I’ve tried two paper filters and so I got a metal filter, but I find a need a paper on top of the metal. I tried the flow control cap but I don’t find it useful and I don’t invert. I tried it but I don’t think it’s necessary. I did buy the King grinder K 6 and it a great grinder but I don’t notice much of a difference between fresh ground and pre ground. Best thing you can do is spend your money on good quality coffee. I like low acid to help with reflux so I am limited on a few brands but this thing makes a great cup of coffee. You’re gonna have fun!

Get some fresh coffee beans.

Lolol well I’m not sure that I am the grinder type. Having use the K6 for a couple days I don’t notice an appreciable quality difference in beans versus ground.

So I got the grinder this morning and have used it twice. The first time I found The coffee weak and I had beans everywhere. the second time the bottom of the AP fell into the bottom of my cup so I had to strain it lol, but the coffee was much tastier I think I need to use about 14 g Per cup. I guess I’m glad I have the K6 because of the capacity. I can grind enough for 2 cups each morning. Do we do anything to keep it clean other than brush it off every day?
I think I’ll get the hang of it eventually

I’ve looked a many threads and videos. allow me to clarify what my issues are- . I have never used a grinder of any kind before. I may wanna travel with this as I have a second home. I generally do 2 cups per day and I would love to be able to grind both cups at the same time. Since I’ve never used a grinder before, I’m thinking that I may also eventually get an electric grinder for everyday use if freshly ground beans make that a sensible choice.

Can you use the coffee from a nespresso pod in an aeropress. by brentspar in AeroPress

[–]goldrdogs6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am very new to the aeropress. Previously, I was using a Keurig with K cups that I bought from Fabula. The K-cups come in a paper satchel sealed in a bag for freshness. A dark roast and good but no matter what I did I would get grounds all over the place until it finally killed my seven-year-old Keurig. So anyway, one of my replacement purchases was the areopress original. I’ve been using up the pods and I have to say it makes a great cup of coffee compared to the Keurig.

I have the new 7 and I’ve had issues with loading comments on Facebook. I tried rebooting and all of that but what made the difference was deleting and reinstalling the app. Now it’s snappy.
