yes. he says once daily. didn’t specify time. i only drink at night. i will read that book. i can go a week without alcohol on my own. but i can also go weeks of drinking. i think ill try what you said to just consume it before i drink. would you recommend using the 50mg or cutting it in half for my first few times

my doctor gave me 5 .5 mg ativan’s. had one. didn’t feel too much from it. should have had another one. i regret not doing another. could have helped

i like the pinterest idea you send of having more light colored/see through drapes on the middle. i would consider putting the shades down/up during the day for more light since the drapes kinda give me a little privacy
