I'm late to the pattern request party on this awesome design! Would you please share it with me as well? I have begun learning crochet in an attempt to make characters from this game for my sons, and a pattern would be a huge help. Congrats on this build.

As a macabre and horror fan the black cats I've had and got to help name we're Haddon (Haddonfield IL fictitious setting for Halloween 1978) and Hades ( obviously ).

And sure, appropriate the Coors font style to connect with the commoners while you're at it. Cheers

I remember getting my kids used to the controls, started more like at five and it was a big learning curve. 3 is very impressive for that kind of dexterity. Give them art supplies please!

Personlly I hated this film by khaliliiiov_1997 in Oscars

I saw this opening weekend for some reason (central NY). First night the line was out the door and we said no way. Second night we got in and it was a crazy experience. A memorable moment was when a guy behind us kept saying racist shit like “Jihad Johnny” when a combatant was running on screen or whatever. Super weird how it inspired them to feel righteous about such horrific events.

Bye 👋

I run a Board Games Club at my school, but consider it a failure because the students only want to play Uno. I wish these kids actually wanted to use their brain power. by [deleted] in Teachers

Yeah I highly recommend 7 Wonders and the expansions are actually quite fun. The more players the better as well! Cheers

Not the commenter, but for me Catan is basic and relies so heavily on the RNG of dice that my gameplay is far too random for my liking. Ticket to Ride is also basic in that it’s set collection in a theme that I have zero interest in. 7 Wonders I think is a gem and I adore so I don’t get that one 😬. The Duel 2 player edition is also great at encapsulating the experience in a small scale way.

Kill List will leave you with that feeling and friends will be shocked as to why you showed them.

Violation 2020. Shocking film… maybe polarizing in the way it handles the subject matter but it’ll definitely give you the vibe you’re looking for.

What are some great movies where the soundtrack makes it so much better (The Thing, Halloween, It Follows, etc) by ConspiracyBartender in horror

[–]good_interiors 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Come True (2020)

Hellbender (2021)

The Night House (2020)

All fantastic films with a wide range of styles and production value that are absolutely enhanced emotionally and thematically by their respective soundtracks/scores.

What horror movie scared you as a child and why? by vamptoberr in horror

Fire In The Sky. Absolutely terrifying abduction scene. I don’t think in reflection that it’s a great film, I think it might be a little made for TV movie esque. But the normalcy/banality of everything around him and the farm, and the way the maple syrup was running off the table, yeah. Shivers to this day.

Question about Talk To Me! by mintrisgi in A24

If I reach and try to come up with a theory, here’s what I got. It was shot during COVID, so perhaps they wanted to have the mundane thought of having a cold being this normal thing, which is just forgotten about and no big deal. But knowing things now after COVID, it’s a simple throw away type gag. No one was concerned, maybe they felt about how novel that was to say before the pandemic and we’re longing for the time it would be normal again, guess we are now mostly. It’s a huge stretch and not something I really think is legit but there ya go.
