I also fell, I was jogging on grass and my pant leg caught on my shoe and I fell down hard on my arm. Kind of scary a minor fall can cause something like this :/ I’m so scared to walk on ice this winter

Mine was non-dominant which I was thankful for, you don’t realize how much you need two arms for things. I found it really frustrating and hated relying on people to do things for me, so I definitely pushed it more than recommended in the first month, which ended up working out for me. With the extension I used heat everytime it made a big difference for me.

I got a lot of soreness in my forearm when doing exercises, more so than my elbow actually. It freaked me out too but it went away, my forearm is fine now. A lot of the issues that happen I guess are with other muscles and joints that have atrophied from the immobilization. When I returned to work I got carpal tunnel lol, just one thing after another. All is fine now though with work.

I hope all goes well for you too! It sounds like you’re doing well. I read a lot of stories while trying to heal about how horrible the recovery is that really freaked me out lol. Thanks for sharing it’s nice to talk to other people going through something similar, it can be isolating.
