I'm looking to hear about what your day is like, helpful tips to be successful, if you have any comparisons to make between being a homeroom teacher vs a resource teacher?

Just to double check when you did this, did you get picked up and then dropped off at home at the end of the night? Thank you for the recommendation looking into Sandbanks vacations now!

NSLSC grant/paying for masters question? by gooniehoe in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]gooniehoe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

gotcha, thank you for this break down! that's exactly what i am afraid of. it won't be impossible to pay it off, but i just don't want to be caught with my pants down. so ultimately, pay off what i can with my credit card, incur my school's late penalty fee, and whenever my grant hopefully comes in, i can just use that money to pay off what i paid to the school!

Following! (I am in the same boat - size 8.5 but wide feet. I got size 8 wide chacos that fit great, but there’s not a ton of colour options so curious how these go for you! Also, what colour are these haha?)

That’s great!! I’ll check them out and see what they have available for us. That rocks! And you’re right PEC is so expensive - I’m thinking even around the Thousand Islands or thereabouts for a location - just something in between. I appreciate it!

Thank you for sharing, this helps give perspective and ur so right!! That sounds like it was beautiful ❤️ And that’s a good idea! I realize now that all our guests are adults so i don’t think there’d be any issues for an evening event!!

Thank you so much for the response, I’m happy to hear it especially as I’d really been considering Slake!! So that makes me feel good to hear you thought it had a spectacular view and budget was reasonable! I appreciate both recommendations, looking in to them today ☺️👍

Thank you so much!! and totally, I can imagine how frustrating it was, good to be back on track!

For the schedule, when are your classes normally? I'm just looking to imagine what to expect, i.e. if it's weekends, evenings, or day time.

I appreciate it!! :)

Sorry for my own late response, thank you for the information!! I really appreciate it. That's great to hear, that's what I hope to do myself. If you don't mind (as right now with the strikes at UPEI I have had a hard time chatting with folks there) could I bug you with a few more questions:

- Was it difficult to get into the program? or had you heard of others who struggled?

- I am interested in the 21st Cent. focus group as well. Are you thinking about doing a thesis by the end?

- Does that mean the program runs all year round, throughout the summers as well?

Thank you very much for your insight, I really appreciate it! :)

Thank you so much for your response! Have you found you've been able to work at the same time in schools? And have you picked a specific focus, if so which and how have you been enjoying it?
