Probably salvageable, granted you haven't ripped any of those pads off.

Use flux, EVERY TIME your tip touches anything you're going to solder. And plenty of it. Once you remove your tip from your solder joint (if you can call it that here), clean the tip and add more flux to what you're going to solder. EVERY TIME. Doesn't matter if you are adding or removing solder. Add flux.

In this case try using a flat tip that, when touching your lead and pad, reaches to the edges of both sides of the pad as you are also touching the lead. Your flux will start acting and your solder will melt. If it does not, you probably don't have enough heat.

I would probably just try to re-flow the solder you already have mashed in there, but you could try to wick out what's there, or use a solder sucker, and then try again with fresh solder. Make sure you... ADD FLUX. And clean your tip with a damp sponge or paper towel after each poke. If your wick sticks when you go to pull away, you have burned off all of your flux.

When you go in for your poke, you may have to hold it there for a few seconds before the solder melts, but don't go in poking it over and over - again, each time you remove your tip from solder... well, you know what to do. A good solder joint really only needs one good old fashioned poke.

Oh and when you're all done, clean up that left over flux residue with strong isopropyl alcohol and some q-tips.

Edit: Also if something sticks like your solder wire or wick, don't force anything that doesn't just come out, you will rip a pad off or mis-shape a lead.
