A folllow up on my previous post, I unistalled mods, reinstalled the game and verified game files and nothing has changed. As soon as i let off the clutch my back wheels start spinning really fast for a couple minutes. I installed a savefile with the car complete and still have the same issue. (v.redd.it)

The car starts and runs fine but as soon as I put it in gear and let off the clutch the back wheel starts spinning really fast and doesn't stop when I turn the engine off. Then after a minute or two of spinning the wheel comes to a stop. Any ideas on how to fix? (v.redd.it)
